Do I have enough strength for the program?​
As a prerequisite, you should be able to perform 5 strict pull ups and 3 strict ring dips.

Can I do the program alongside my current training?​
Yes, the program is designed so that you can do it in addition to your current training. You can do it before or after your workout. You will get the most value if you do it before your regular workout. This ensures that you are muscularly and mentally fresh. It is not recommended to do the program on your rest days.

What do I get when I buy the program?​
You get the 12 week training cycle in an app / on a website. Each workout section includes a video describing how to perform the exercises. In this video you will also learn the key points to pay attention to.

How long will I have access to the program?​
You have lifetime access to the program and you can repeat it as many times as you like.

What are the micro learning sessions?
These are short learning units that point out complex things or common mistakes and explain them visually and with voice. If you train in a noisy gym, a subtitle is included.
