FAQ

What does coaching and video analysis mean in the Kipping RMU Pro program?

In addition to the program, you will receive coaching and feedback on your exercises. You film yourself during the exercises and send the videos via WhatsApp. You will then receive your individual analysis in written and visual summary or as video analysis with voice-over. Coaching is highly recommended because it allows you to correct common mistakes and avoid plateaus.

Do I have enough strength for the program?​

As a prerequisite, you should be able to perform at least 1 strict Ring Muscle Up. If you need help with your first strict Ring Muscle Up start here.

Can I do the program alongside my current training?​

Yes, the program is designed so that you can do it in addition to your current training. You can do it before or after your workout. You will get the most value if you do it before your regular workout. This ensures that you are muscularly and mentally fresh. It is not recommended to do the program on your rest days.

What do I get when I buy the program?​

You get the 12 weeks training cycle in an app / on a website. Each workout section includes a video describing how to perform the exercises.

How long will I have access to the program?​

You have lifetime access to the program and you can repeat it as many times as you like. In the Pro version you also have lifetime access, but the coaching is only available for 12 weeks.
