Who is this coaching for?
Anyone who wants to level up their gymnastics skills — whether you're just starting or already advanced. If you're ready to make real progress, this is for you!
Do I need special equipment?
Not necessarily! While some exercises use pull-up bars, rings, or resistance bands, many progressions can be done with just your body weight.
How does the video analysis work?
Simply upload your videos each week, and you'll receive tailored coaching feedback - personalized but integrated in the overall skill analysis video for the entire group. Your movements will be analyzed, and you’ll get clear, actionable corrections to help you progress fast!
What is the Group Coaching Intro about?
The 14-day Group Coaching Intro lets you experience the full coaching program. If you love it, you’ll automatically continue in group coaching with a monthly subscription. If it’s not for you, just cancel before the Intro ends—no hidden costs!
What if I miss a session?
Life happens! If you need to take a break, your program will be adjusted to keep you on track when you return. Your progress is saved in the app, so you never lose your hard work!
How can I unsubscribe?
The coaching is delivered via the FITR platform. If you decide to cancel, check FITR’s guide on how to manage your subscription.
What happens after the Group Coaching Intro?
If you’re seeing great results, you don’t need to do anything—you’ll seamlessly transition into the full Group Coaching.
What if I don’t want to continue after the Group Coaching Intro?

After joining Group Coaching or the Intro Course, the first step is your assessment. Once you complete it, I can assign your personalized program. Only then will your training plan appear in the calendar.

Yes! The assessment is essential to create a tailored program that fits your current abilities and goals.
Why do I need to register or log in before purchasing?
I use the FITR platform to deliver your training program. To access the coaching, you need an account on FITR. That’s why you must log in before purchasing the Group Coaching.
